TECT was rebooted to install three important Windows patches and clear a memory error pertaining to dimm_a3.
In​ addition, TECT has been re-configured to allow the use of Microsoft Update to install patches to additional components such as Exchange via the Windows Update conduit.
As one final note, TECT will need to be turned off this coming weekend to remove dimm_A3 which may be going bad. It will run for one week on 8 gigabytes of memory. I apologize in advance for SharePoint's performance. This may be a good opportunity to upgrade it to 32 gigabytes of memory.
